The purpose of these modules is to introduce you to sensory interventions for students with autism. This online module includes basic information on sensory interventions, a quiz, and related resources. The Interactive Collaborative Autism Network (ICAN) is a collaborative effort among the State Departments of Education of Connecticut and Minnesota and the University of Kansas. Funding for ICAN has been provided by the U.S. Department of Education.

This webshop provides examples of how teachers in Virginia used the self-determined learning model of instruction in their classrooms during the pilot project. Some used it for whole class instruction, others for small group work, and still others for individual student goals in academics, social skills, or transition.
