
This set of rubrics, which provides tools for school districts to gain a fuller understanding of their needs, represents the cornerstone of the District Self-Assessment process and Wisconsin's Statewide System of Support. Just as teachers provide support and guidance to the students in their classes, districts should offer focused, differentiated support to each of their schools.

These materials were piloted during the 2009 OSPI January Conference. Materials were developed to provide building-level implementation teams with a tool for action planning related to RTI implementation. Participating teams worked with trained facilitators to complete a needs assessment and then to develop an action plan. Sets of materials are available for (a) team members; (b) team leaders; and (c) facilitators.
