This manual is written for use with early childhood program administrators, directors, supervisors, and staff; mental health service administrators and providers; and families. Any individuals interested in early childhood mental health consultation are potential participants. Trainers can be early childhood or mental health staff or administrators with experience in human resource development. The manual�¢?s dual purpose is ultimately (a) to broaden the discussion on mental health consultation, and (b) to help integrate mental health consultation into early childhood services and systems of care.
