The English Language Learner KnowledgeBase is an online resource supporting education professionals in the administration and implementation of programs for English language learner (ELL) students. It is divided into four components: (a) Resources for Program Administrators; (b) Resources for Teachers; (c) Resources for Parent Advocates, and (d) Resources for Educators of Migrant Students. Each component is divided into several topical learning elements. (Located at the University of Oklahoma, the Mid-Continent Comprehensive Center is a regional technical assistance center funded by the U.S. Department of Educationâ?s Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.)
