This 2009 conference series of five interactive webinars is an interactive designed to help school districts learn about organizational structures that are systemic and promote equity and academic rigor for all students within the district.  It addresses the management challenges districts face in promoting equity, identifies organizational structures and strategies that support equity, and examines how districts can build a coherent organization to pursue equity goals.  In addition to presenting a framework for structuring the district office, this series includes case study presentations on districts’ experiences incorporating equity within a system wide management structure.  ...
