Transition to Adult Living: An Information and Resource Guide -- With Three Training Modules

This guide is designed to help students and their families, local education agencies, teachers, communities, and State agencies facilitate the movement from school to post-school activities.  It also provides technical assistance in the appropriate implementation of the transition requirements of IDEA 2004.  Three training modules are designed to accompany the guide: (a) Service Provider Training; (b) Administrator Training; and (c) Family Workshop.  Links to the modules are shown first; the link to the guide is beneath them.
